watching the masters

just in case we hadn't had enough Easter fun, we headed to gramma and grampi's for a little more celebrating. we had a wonderful time...complete with another egg hunt, more baskets full of treats for all of us and a fabulous dinner. after diner, we had to watch the masters, of course. you all know how much tyler loves golf....he even practiced a little chipping in the backyard while the kids hunted for eggs. anyway, we had a wonderful day. gramma had decorated the house beautifully!!! i posted just a few pics....i took so many!!! i started getting a little camera-happy. :) thanks gramma and grampi for such a wonderful afternoon.

scott is loving some easter fun!
lego city!!! yippee!!!
oohhh...color hair extensions!!! (she's like a teenager at age 7...scary!)
see what the easter bunny left! :)
we had a wonderful Easter....and are so blessed! i am most thankful that God sent his Son to die for me so that we can live in eternity with Him. it's so overwhelming to know that God loves me so much. and i do know it (even though it's hard to comprehend the depth of His love) but am amazed daily by His grace, His forgiveness....HIM.
we started our Easter by checking out what the easter bunny left. the kids were very excited with their gifts and had a good time hunting for eggs. then it was off to church for a wonderful message and time of worship. once we were home we took some pictures by our azaleas. they are beautiful this year!!! after that it was off to gramma and grampi's for some delicious dinner and more fun!
we hope that you all had a wonderful, blessed Easter! :)

scott and luke

playing "brave knights" on the trampoline

fun in the sandbox
we have had some beautiful weather here and so we have taken full advantage of it! luke came over the other day and i could not resist getting some pics of these boys being boys. from playing in the sandbox to wresting on the trampoline, they had a great time and wore each other out. fun, fun!!! :)

scott's rollerblades

scott is obsessed with hockey...specifically the fayetteville fireantz. he lives and breathes hockey. so, we got him some rollerblades. it's hard to get him to sit still long enough to allow me to get a pic of something other than him skating away from me, but i did manage to get these two shots. so, here is our little man in his element. and...our fayetteville fireantz are in the finals! they only have to win one more game against the knoxville ice bears and they will win the president's cup!!! let's go fireantz!!! :)
